Thought so mate, i tried the Irish ferries last year and they werent as dear as that and at the time i put to rest any ideas of an anglo irish GTO meet. Didnt think people would warrant spending near £100 on a ferry plus accom plus fuel plus drinking fuel (it would be Dublin after all 
)

I was on the Isle of Man a couple of weeks ago for work-spent two nights in Douglas and I would recommend it (saying that all my spare cash is set aside for my car at the moment so not sure I could afford to drive up there). I should be back there next October if I don’t change job in the meantime and am looking forward to going back.
Lots to do if you are into outdoor activities.

Hey janey, good to hear you enjoyed the IOM and no word of the dreaded boat? i presume you flow over? the isle of man is a Great place espeically for people with petrol in their blood stream. next time your over you should bring the car “company expence” of course and do a lap or 2 of the course!
I will still try and get a good deal for the club and i will sort somthing out just going to take some doing. i know a few people that could help use out! so watch this space…

He nearly sold his car because he moved away to cheshire with his girlfriend i believe, he still go the car and its all fixed and running ok. He comes back to the IOM now and again. Only spoken to the guy never met him.
Yeah the car has all be painted with pic’s out of the RING. It is abit special but a very required taste! not of mine but i can apreciate it thou! He likes it and it is very eye catching and if u miss it u’ll hear it! haha nice car goes well looks very very evil.
Over all i think hes all ok. not spoken to him for a while now! i’m sure he still looks on here now and again but unsure weather hes paid up or not!

I’ll be over for the Manx International, later in the year as well.
I fly, as it’s cheaper than the ‘‘Isle of Man Steam PIRATE Company’’.
I know it took years for the rally organisers to hammer out a deal with the robbing B’stards. :evil:
