I want to attend on saturday only, but I cant get one through the shop as it caters for the whole weekend only, according to the jae admin I can have a ticket on the day but cant take my car in to the club area? at this rate I dont think I’ll bother to attend at all!
f you buy tickets though the club you can park on thestand, Tony is looking at a cheaper day only on the gate ticket , which does not allow you car entry

Tony,
You can get a club ticket through the shop from what i can see, it costs £20. Just uncheck the boxes for meals. I have no idea how much entry is on the gate, tbh, i haven’t looked, it may well be cheaper for a day pass that way.
The trouble is that we can’t cope for every individual need and try to offer the best deal for the club on the whole.
Please do try to attend, it would be nice for newer members to meet up with you and no doubt you would enjoy it too. Go on, you know you want to, or have you just reached that age now where being grumpy is a daily occurrence ??
If so,maybe we’ll have something more in common than just cars to discuss, Stevie will be there too and he’s the Lord and master of grumpy old men.

Tony, Tickets for JAE are £20 pp paid in advance or £25 on the gates for the whole weekend or you can buy pedestrian tickets valid from 10am to 10pm on your chosen day for the cost of £10 pp.
The tickets the GTOUK are selling are Club tickets and are designed for club members to bring their cars, camp over, take part in free events etc etc and are sold at the reduced/advance price of £20 pp
Day tickets are only available on the gate on the day you arrive
This is the first year they have ever sold day tickets originally they were going to only do them on the sunday, the reason that you can not take the car in people would only purchase a saturday ticket and stay the weekend

Extended weekend tickets are just £20.00 in advance or £25.00 on the gate so car clubs can CLICK ME or the ticket opposite to save 20% on your tickets! A special day ticket will be available on the gate only (not in advance). This will allow access on the day only after 10am but you have to leave before 10pm and it does not allow access to your car or to participate in any of the free events. For day passes cars will need to be parked outside in public parking

unless I have not understood what is written there, anyone who buys a day ticket will not be able to put their car on the club stand! only in the car park!
Hmmm…the plot thickens. I’ve sent off for two day tickets for Sat only, no meals, nothing extra. Simon indicates that my tickets, being purchased through the Club will allow me to park up on “the stand” and not the general car park. Now I’m wondering whether I’ll get back out at the end of Sat. It’s just that I’m somewhere else the following day, watching a mere 8000bhp or two put down some 4 sec passes.

the £20 gtouk club shop tickets allow for cars onsite if remember correctly regardless if you are there 1 day or all weekend. correct me if i am wrong tho!!
basically the club shop is selling 1 ticket, a weekend ticket @£20 this can be used as the customer see’s fit, ie 1 day or 3 days!!
if you want to park on the stand then buy a ticket from the club ,… simple as that , dont need to be a brain surgeon . otherwise stop whining and park in the public carpark .

Spot on Paul
I think it’s cheap, you can come and go as you please for those 3 days so if you can only spare a few hours on one day you can always come back the other days without incurring anymore cost
Go into the shop and select a JAE ticket which shows £35, then it comes up with some tick box’s which if you remove the ticks from the ones not needed reduces the cost to £20.
If its not clear I would be happy to go through it on the phone, just pm me and I’ll give you a call.
