This has always been the clubs main yearly event, and this year we hope to make it one to remember.
2020 is a special year for our cars as they see in their 30th anniversary.
We will be marking the occasion on Saturday at JAE with a fun filled day of entertainment, a free bbq, awards,prizes,music, and hopefully an awesome display of Mitsubishi GTO/3000GT/STEALTH’s.
Posts will be going up across social media sites inviting all owners of these fantastic cars to Come along for the day at JAE, to celebrate the 30th Anniversary with GTOUK.
We hope as many members as possible can attend this one off event, and make it one to remember.

More details of what will be happening on the day will be posted over the next few weeks.

These tickets include club meals.
£45pp

Once they are gone you will need to purchase tickets through the organisers website.
If you would like the club to provide your meals And soft drinks at the event, there will be an option in the club shop JAE food.
This will be £10pp to help towards costs.

Included in the GTOUK club advance ticket price, the club will be providing food 3 x Breakfast (Fri,Sat & Sun), 2 x Evening Meal (Friday & Saturday) and Soft Drinks.

Under 12’s

Under 12’s do not need a entry ticket, if you would like the club to provide meals and soft drinks please purchase the JAE food option from the club shop £10pp. Includes – 3 x Breakfast (Fri,Sat & Sun), 2 x Evening Meal (Friday & Saturday). Soft Drinks.

We are sorry but the club can not cater for vegetarians/vegans/lactose/allergy ect, due to health and safety/limited cooking equipment. We are sure all members will understand this.
If you have specific dietary needs you are welcome to bring your own cooking utensils and food, and use the fridge /cookers ect.

Ticket will be available through the club shop – Full Members only – No reserve of tickets without payment.

Well it’s a shame but not a surprise. Better safe than sorry. Let’s look forward to next year and try and make the events bigger than ever :+1:

A statement from Andrew, Adrian and Ali, JAE management team.

As the covid-19 situation continues to impact day-to-day life for everyone around the UK, we have been working hard behind the scenes to continually adapt the event plans so that we can provide a show that is safe for our visitors, whilst also maintaining the level of entertainment and great value that you’ve come to expect over the last 29 years. Unfortunately, the latest guidance from the government means that we would not be able to deliver the show that you guys deserve this year, particularly as we are a camping event. As a result, we have had to make the heartbreaking decision to cancel this years show.

We cannot make compromises on your safety and we will always adhere to the recommendations of our Health and Safety consultants, the Environmental Health department at the council and also the valuable insight and recommendations from the Royal Norfolk Showground.

We want to extend our incredible thanks to the Showground for their support and guidance over this frustrating and stressful time, as well as to our regular traders and awesome sponsors. Your support has been immensely appreciated.

BUT… JAE is planning incredible things for 2021, as we celebrate 30 years of JAE! An email will be sent out over the coming days to all ticket holders and club reps explaining options. Refunds on tickets will be available if requested or you can roll your ticket to the 2021 show and still get a free ticket for a key worker friend! That offer remains in place for all tickets purchased before 31st July.

We thank you all immensely for your patience, and hope you can understand why we have delayed making this decision. It is a horrible decision to have to make, but the health and safety of all our guests is absolutely paramount. Take care, and we can’t wait to see you all soon :heart:

It’s a real shame, but I understand why they cannot hold an event of this scale at this time.
Perhaps we can do something else instead?
