The dates are Friday 5th September and will finish on Sunday 7th September

Please note although the event starts on the Thursday GTO UK will not be onsite and will not be selling the £35 tickets

The venue is now Wicksteed Park

So what is GTO UK doing,

The club will be providing BBQ food on Friday Night, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Night BBQ and Sunday Breakfast, the club will subsidise this so a meal ticket will be £10 per person. Food will be self cook

Anyone with special food requirement will need to provide their own food

the club is ONLY selling the Friday to Sunday tickets @£30

So a ticket with no Food is £30 and £40 with food, per person, note under 12’s do not need a entry ticket but will require a food ticket

Ticket are avaliable until 14 August, either by cheque to the po box or though the club shop

The on the day gate price is now £40 for the entire weekend

Tickets give entry to the Park and include Camping for the whole event

The entry price is the same regardless of whether you stay for Three days or less a sunday one day ticket maybe availible although this only allows you to park in the public car park

You will be allowed to enter and leave the site at any time during the event. So the prices per person are as follows:

**How to find us **

From the North:

Leave the M1 at junction 19 and join the A14, exit at junction 10
and then follow the Wicksteed Park signs.
Leave the A1 at Stamford taking the A43 to Kettering, following the
signage for the A14, join the A14 at junction 7 and travel east, exit at
junction 10 and then follow the Wicksteed Park signs.
From the South:

Leave the M1 at junction 15 and join the A43 to Kettering, then take the
A14 (junction 8) east to junction 10 and then follow the Wicksteed Park signs.
Leave the A1 at the A14 junction and travel West, exit at junction 10 and
then follow the Wicksteed Park signs.

The club is not doing Thursday

So you can only come from the Friday

If people can buy the Thursday to Sundays tickets from the JAE website and feed for themselves on the Thursday, will they have an option in the Club shop to buy Fri-Sunday food at £10, or is it a case of we don’t have the Club plot until Friday so they can’t camp?

Just trying to clarify Simon as a few people are putting their names down for Thursday - Sunday.

The club has never done Thursdays as it was always setup day.

Craig cant do the Thursday so no GTO kit will not be onsite, we are meeting On Friday morning at Wickstead Park @10.00 ish

I don’t mind a couple of people helping setup, doing the shopping etc. but this will only be possible on Friday.

So I am happy for event organisers to be onsite from Thursday so we can get going on Friday first thing, I will purchase Thursday for those people only.

Thanks Simon it will also save time having members there to unload the trailer and set up while others are doing the shopping etc.

If you’re not an event organiser can you buy your ticket direct from JAE and still get to the club area?

I’ve just seen JAE FB page. Only 2 team places left for tug of war.
I want to enter this. And others please can we get something sorted guys as we really need to get our presence felt again this year!

Lets book the club into the T-O-W (don’t forget your heavy boots), Dragon race (Swimming trunks) and F-O-side footie (best bring some footie boots) at least it is booked and can get teams together once there.
