Following on from @3000gt post if people want to put there names down for events I’ll take care of the admin side of emailing the venue. Descriptions available on the link.

4x4 Off road competitions
Historically we’ve done really well as a club in some of these categories. I know @Steven_Smith is talking about doing the footy on FB and stan is interested in the food eating, but if people can commit then get your names posted up and I’ll send over confirmation to the event.
I know the course they said was free for those wanting to have a go , which i plan on doing if you have to pay for the event though i will skip it as id rather kick back and have a few beers and mingle than be waiting around until late afternoon to drive
Added some day & time schedules from JAE website for those interested in participating or supporting don’t miss out, and can organise their days.
In addition, on Saturday 1pm - 2pm there is a Crashman Stunt Display, and then of course the amazing ‘not to be missed’ Fireworks Finale at 8.30pm on Saturday.

Please make sure you all go and sign on at the admin building as you need to register and also sign
indemnity forms for you to enter the events and turn up for the events on time.
