14th August is the absolute deadline for receiving payments, so if you are sending a cheque please do so in advance of that date, or pay in the Club Shop by then.
This date isn’t dictated by us, we have to pay the event organisers (JAE) by then, so its not extendable.
Once paid, please post up on the main JAE thread in this section - Future Events so we have an idea of numbers for catering purposes.
This is the biggest and best event on our calendar and not to be missed.
