Hello all,

I have received a couple of PM regarding tickets for JapFest.

Please read the instructions that Simon outlined at the beginning of this thread and add your name to the list of people that are attending.

Adam

Okay, not trying to be awkward, but how big are the tickets? I don’t want to send too small an envelope!

Gav

If I remember, they fit in a standard letter envelope when folded.

Cheque is on it’s way.
Marty

Adam, need to get a stand at the top of the hill and not in the mudbath at the bottom this year if possible??

So I guess the question is japfest going the same way as the AGM

Do I need to sell the tickets on to another club, that has a membership that wants to meet up

Simon

I am in negotiations with the JapFest organisers to put us somewhere prominant.

At the end of the day **I cant make them **put us where we would want to go - Im just explaining the benefits to them to promote their site and event by featuring us where we will be seen the most.

Afterall you can see numerous Scooby’s at your weekly Tesco’s shopping trip - you cant say that for our cars…

Adam

Lel and I are up for this. Cheque sent off 10mins ago.

Dee.

Since this is more than two months away I wouldn’t have thought it a worry… yet.

You could express the slight disgruntlement of persons parked in the mudbath, mebbe? That might swing them to put us where scooby world or supra world were last year?

Posted cheque of today for this. 2 Tickets

Posting mine on Monday - Two tickets = one car.

Hope the sun shines this time

Simon, i think you will find that a lot of people will show interest nearer to the date of the event, a lot of folk are still only just recovering from xmas! Have some faith that man.

Me and nikki will be attending this, will get a cheque in the post this wk end.

I will be at this one, will sort cheque out in a mo and post it.

Mark

will have a cheque for two in the post this weekend,

Will be nice to make some meets this year in the motor.

Craig

Sorry I can’t make this one-I am going on holiday with my sister that weekend and TBH it was the only week we could both get off at the same time (for the whole summer  ). What I will say for any-one thinking about going it’s a good show that has grown over the last few years and the track action helps make it.

J

that is the greatest problem with the club currently no one can be bothered today

I have to pay for the tickets six months in advace then maybe people will purchase them one week brfore the even, or maybe the club looses £500

so in furture we will purchase no tickets in advance , so no stand and everyone one attending can park in the public car park, and pay double the entry fee, but the great this is you can decide on the day

I guess jae will be interesting £11 in advance or £20 per day not

WHY WOULD I WASTE CLUB MONEY ON A MAYBE I CAN BE BOTHERED
