Im going Japfest this year

You guys love the cheque’s = hassle…lol

Can i pay cash on the day or pay direct into the GTO UK acc with a ref? Or paypal with extra to cover the fees or something.

Cheers

Or you could pay in club shop using paypal

Mark

I’ll also be going to this, anyone interested in meeting elsewhere and arriving in convoy? A few people pass through Melksham on the way (A350) which is where we have met in the past…

P.S. Can someone tell me why in the shop 2xtickets and postage come to £21 but paypal adds an extra 95p on top?

Tickets £10 each (actual cost £14)
Postage & Packing £1 (could have paid by cheque and sent a SAE)
paypal charge 0.95

So the club will receive £21

SImon

Please put me down for this. Will sort a cheque out asap.
Marty

Just been having a look on the Japfest Facebook section, there are a few pics of GTO’s on the pic album for 2004…Anyone on here?

Because you paid by PayPal

It does tell you “Choosing this form of payment will incur PayPal charges” when you pay in the shop

PayPal charges get added on so that the club isn’t at a loss. The ticket prices are £10 which is what the club has to pay as well. So if we had 30 people not pay the 95p PayPal charges we would be £28.50 out of pocket.

It not always 95p as it is a percentage of the money being paid + 20p

Here is a calculator http://www.rolbe.com/paypal.htm type £21.95 on right had side and you will see the club actually gets £21.01, the 1p is because it is across 2 amounts and rounding comes into play.

Hope that makes sense.

Cheers, 95p is a good 20yrds worth of fuel, so it pays to be stingy

Two tickets paid for via GTOUK shop. See you there guys! 8)

Dee.

I am going to pick up gazebo’s from the trailor at Eurospec, is there anything else people would like to see there. I was going to get a couple of the GTOUK banners as well.

2 tickets paid for in club shop

Daniel

Ticket booked cheque on its way

Craig

Just a thought on this guys

i notice that most of the tickets purchased are plus one which is a good thing as i did this a couple of years ago and took advantage of the discount 8) , the downside obviously is two stand passes are sent out for the same car . im sure there would be quite a few people who would like to go to this but once they see the tickets are allocated and they cant park on the stand it might put them off , is there any way stand passes could be held back for those few even if they paid full price on the gate ?

Craig

Craig

If people put on here if they have any spare stand passes available I’m happy to organise sorting out the spares and keeping track etc.

For example I’m coming along as helping organise it with Simon but having the rangie they wont let park it on the stand so have a spare stand pass.

Good point guys, I only need one stand pass.

paid via paypal x2

hi,i need just 1 stand pass,but…
cheque sent today for 2 entry tickets,me and the missus+2 kids,
ime not taking it on the track this year, just chilling out instead with the rest,
cheers…russell
