Only 2 weeks to go to Japs & i could do with confirmation on exactly who is going so i can make my shopping list for the food, dont want to get too much now do we :roll:

Well i asked 9 days ago for some confirmation from the list of people that have their name down on numbers so we can sort out the food side of it & as of yet not one person has replied to the post, i have had confirmation in person from Tracie that they are going so that gives us just one car for the stand so far & around 6 people going, Im afraid if we cannot get more names then i will cancel the club stand as i cannot warrant loading up 2x gazebos, 2x BBQs, tables etc etc etc for one car & just a handful of people

3 weekends on the trot for us but this is a really good meet and wouldn’t miss a Julian Special Burger come rain or shine
Come on folks, organisation for this sort of thing doesn’t start the week before, so Julian and Diane will have already put in thier own time for this, lets not let them down :shock:
At least say one way or the other so they know whether to press ahead with what they need to do

As its the genorosity of the club that all the food will be paid for i prefer not to buy too much for obvious reasons & in the same vain i dont want to buy too little & turn people away & say sorry there is nothing left :roll: So just a yes i am coming or a no im not will suffice :D Its looking like my car will have it`s bumper back on for Sunday so we have at the moment around half a dozen cars on show so we will be there, The show starts at 10am, anyone not wanting to queue with the masses, we as a club can enter from 8am to get onto the club stand

just checked and my MOT ran out 5 weeks ago :shock: so i wont be coming in mine ,dont know if i coming now at all i have loads of stuff to do and its my only day off i’ll see how i feel on the day

Are we meeting anywhere first and if so at what time?
Meeting at Thoresby, Just been out to the venue & staked our claim for the best spot there,( left to them we will end up at the back of beyond ) same place as last year for the regulars, otherwise as you drive down from where you pay, look over to your left at around 11o`clock & you will see some portable loos, we are to be found in front of these
