I’ve had to edit the video in order to protect the guilty and remove the sound as I didn’t want members blue carded for swearing

Anyone for a sausage
just like to say “Well Done” to Julian and Diane for a really well done bbq (the sausages were well done, the burgers were well done and by the time we finished eating we were all well done)
We had a good day for it ,what more could you ask for good food good company good cars.
Only a trophy could improve the day and Steve and Tracie got that and the second one should have been for the loudest gobs which we all contributed to.
Scoobie guys were out shouted which makes a changeand p ed off
It was nice to meet the Australian couple John and Jennifer who have just come over and immediately bought a GTO and hopefully will be joining us sometime soon once they find their feet as they will be staying in this country
Was going to send some picys for Julian to put up but they are only a repeat of those already posted
nce again a really good day
Nothing wrong with those Sausages I thought BBQ stood for buggered bangers quickly, excellent turnout a lot better than expected, good weather if a little on the windy side at times, a few new faces & then 2 arena wins for Stevie & Hulk.

Julian.
Yet another great meet,
Thanks to Julian, Diane & the lads. Once more they did us proud.
Great turn out by the club, along with the weather made for a fantastic day.
Steve & Tracie
Thanks to Julian and Diane for all their hard work and making the event very enjoyable. I had a great day!
thx Julian, both Jennifer and I enjoyed meeting you and the other guys, we had a great day. Unfortunately probably due to some over exuberance on m part we went home in true GTO style on a tow truck lol. We threw the crankshaft pulley which meant the alternator belt threw off, fortunately I noticed it before the battery was flat so we got the RAC to the grantham services, then it was a long expensive ride back to London on the tow truck, I think my little run down the road trying to keep up with Chaz and Mark was to much for the car which had been driven by a little old lady before lol.
I am assuming it will mean a new harmonic balancer, (havnt looked properly yet), the charge light is on and also the oil light (oil press on gauge is good), also low washe level light is on - none of these lights were on b4 so assume just symptom of it not charging. We finally got home about 12.30 last night.

Its a new harmonic balancer required, the crank pulley that drives the alternator and air cond was just lying there, going to shop around tomorrow, probably go with a OEM part, they are expensive though, hopefully have the car back on the road by end of week.
