Really enjoyed today and some great help from Mike and Marty. My flashing suspension lights are finally sorted. Worked a treat on the way home. Tour is a bit soft for my liking though. I will do write up and a few pics later as this simple trick by mpro needs putting out there with an idiot’s guide and cost nothing to get the suspension back up and running.
Now that was a fantastic Meet. Sorry I was late, I think it was still the middle of the night when Marty got there, hehe!
The GTOUK stand was superb, and as has already been said, we were all getting on, exchanging thoughts, tips, and just generally having a thoroughly enjoyable day, and the weather was perfect.
Great fix for Robert’s suspension, by collaboration with Marty and Mike
I must say again that the GTO and 3000GT are by far and away the ultimate in exquisite styling. No other Japanese marque comes close, and it was obvious our little corral of our beautiful machines attracted massive interest.
I was once again humbled by the sheer efforts afforded to our cars. Well done Michael (good name) for the Car of the Month win. But, looking at the rest of our Club gathering, you ALL need a certificate. Good to say Hi to members whom I have only known on the Forum, or even not at all, and I must say how impressed I am with our 2 new(ish) owners Joe, and Tom, whom both have clearly done their homework with their cars and were beaming with enthusiasm.
Well done to you all - it was a pleasure to be amongst you.
