•Advance ticket orders are subject to a booking fee of £2 per ticket and postage fee of £3 per order (no postage fee on “print at home tickets”).
•Maximum single online order of 9 admission tickets for all specialist car events. To bulk book tickets for car clubs or groups you will need to phone the Box Office to place your order.
•Advanced ticket prices end on the Friday a week before the event weekend at 5pm. After this time only “print at home tickets” will be available at standard rate.
•All tickets are non-refundable.
•Ticket prices are per person.
•* Three FREE kids per paying Adult, photo ID is required if kids look older than they are.
•Day admission is 8am-6pm, day tickets will be sold on the gate until 4pm.
•Camping is included with multi-day tickets.
•Parking is free.

•For RWYB don’t forget your driving Licence.
•Caravan Club members get 20% discount on Santa Pod organised event admission tickets when booked in advance by phone. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Tickets will not be posted but left at the Main Gate Collection Office and Caravan Club membership card must be shown on collection of tickets at the event.

yeah trying to get the club back into the Jap show scene again, rather than just 2 a year. I have always had a good time at Pod especially camping. Just hope weather is on our side.
Im sure we will be up for this too as we are going to miss jae

Yes will be as no point in going and not showing the cars :lol: plus also having one of our own in the finals. So hopefully we get a good response and members sign up to go. Weekend Advanced Ticket is £20 which is Sat/Sun

No probs about yout tickets, just put your name up as knew you would be there. As for the club cards I gave a copy of the ones used by JPOC to Stevie and Julian to look and see what they come up with.

I was wondering the same Andre we would like some sort of flyer or cards to try and promote the club a little more.
For us to have a club stand we have to have a min of 10 cars, so far we have 4, that is including Andre’s. Anymore interested in coming along as I know it is 4 months away.
Would like to know who will be going for the weekend and camping and who will be turning up on the Sunday if any?

Yes I’m pretty sure you can as I will be doing just that. Quite often we turn up the afternoon before to set up pits etc.

Just so we know how many tickets and stand passes required please copy and paste your name and put + stand pass next to it. The same goes for if only wanting to turn up on the Sunday.

Once we know how many are going will book them through the club, as said have to have a min of 10 cars.
As the event is getting closer everyday, we only have 3 cars going to this, (although Andre will be the 4th car), we have to have a MINIMUM of 10 cars for the stand.
So come on guys it’s the last show of the season and lets go and support Andre in the Final round for the Jap Drag Series and would like GTOUK to make a big impression, so get your names in so can book the tickets/stand passes, before it’s too late.
