I’ve not managed to leave mansfield yet in mine😂 she doesn’t seem to want to… Speedo has gone again today
Have you tried removing the speedo cluster and plugging it back in, because if it’s not seated right it won’t work.

Speedo drive , sits on top of the gearbox. Fixed mine mate
The clip on the plug was missing on mine, had to make a new one as the plug was just floating around, not plugged on. Wondered why my speedo never worked for months
