Well done Ray, the way things are going, we will soon have as many as we did at JAE,
Ok peeps, time is getting short now for this event and I have been running round like a blue arsed fly getting everything ready so now its your turns!
Has anyone got something we can put a lot of water in for making tea/ coffee and some small camping tables would be handy but dont go out specialy to get anything also can you all bring a cup, plate and knives forks and spoon (Ask Dan about the cooking)
Also can you let me know if there are any vegitarians coming so I can cater for those as well

I can get a water thingy like we had at mod nats for the beer that time will buy one on ma way down.

I have been in touch with the organisers about the tickets and basically they will be sending me an email with reciept numbers,
I will then pm a number to you which you will have to print off and bring with you,
I didnt quite get out of them whether it would be a blanket number for the club or individual numbers but they seemed to know what they were doing.
Apparently last year, people that paid at the last minute didnt get their tickets and this way is suupposed to stop that happening :roll:
Just to confirm, if I dont recieve your cheque by 12th at the latest, then I will asume that you will be catering for yourselves because after that date, I cannot add any more and they will not allow anymore space to fit you on the stand
If you need the club trailer with gazebos, bar b q and fridge / freezer etc then let me know. Thats what it is there for. Apparently the support vehicle does have a tow bar?

I have got pretty much everything covered as far as home comforts and shelter, the only thing that would be helpfull from the club is some cash to feed and water the hungry lot and maybe that water heater for making tea a couple of folding tables and Ray will be supplying a genny for power.
Mmm, numbers might be confusing. They’d have to know how many cars were coming per cheque, wouldn’t they? In our case 2.
I think they are classing each person as having a car, which is fine coz we would get a bit of extra space
managed to get the Friday off so i can get up their for set up 
also for all non Kent people their are speed cameras as soon as you get off the motorway heading up the hill fixed and sometimes mobile so keep ya eyes peeled and don’t go about the speed. (also on way down back towards maid stone)

could have a small problem about the show !!!
Its touch and go weather i have a car or not :s 10 day wait poss on parts and my car is on the ramp with no box so can the fix and install a box in 2 days who knows. but if some1 needs the tickets let them have them :s if not ill have them still and pay you but prob only pop up for a day

Ok the 1/8 mile Strip IS running again this year so anyone that fancies a blast be prepared.
Our Stand will be inside the Trade Hall but my GTO will be outside I think becuase we cant take cars in and out and I might want to have a little play as long as Mr Evil can get me my TUBS in time :twisted:
We are also transforming a car over the weekend too at the show.
Come over and say hello. Also any club stuff can be left on our stand also for security if neccessary.
