Looked like a great day and a good turn out, well done to all those involved with the organising.

Anyone else noticed that at Japfest this year the majority of cars were blue, and at this bbq the majority are red. Is there a bit of a East/West divide I don’t know about

I was repping the blues Alan!

No problems Neil,

And as you help me attempt too put up the gazebo I will even invite you too the next one, not like this one where you invited yourself

Well done for traveling so far too join us buddy 250 mile round trip iirc and well worth it too in my opinion.

Karim,

Thanks soo much for the cracking photos. As always the are fantastic !

So a total of 19 GTO’s (plus a handfull of other rubbish  ) i counted by the time they had all arrived, what a cracking response to the first of our annual barbie…I wonder how many more will come next year after seeing what a cracking event it turned out   . At this rate i may have too get the second field mowed too just in case

Had a nice sunburn (it really didn’t feel that sunny!) and a great hairstyle from all the wind hehe.

Great day, fantastic turnout and tasty food. Can’t beat the South African skills on the bbq, it was like a Miyagi for burgers; burger on, burger off!

I’m sure Ray and Bob are sad they didn’t win the best GTO comp, they were both trying to show off to the judges, Ray with his under bonnet lights and Bob with his key operated folding mirrors :stuck_out_tongue:
