had a good day ,only done half the run and left from carlisle airport stop. me and mark decided to head up the road early at 3pm.i was knackered and mark had a long road ahead of him to aberdeen.met a few folk i knew and was good to meet pete and jim with their gto and stealth 8)
me and mark had a wee bit of fun on the road back up and nearly ran into the polis jeep going about a ton :shock: was all fun and safe driving(they’ll need to up the speed limit on those motorways)
all in all a good day out and a run through the fog on the hills 1000 feet up
heres the pics and i’m sure more will be posted and a good video from jims tripod in car camera
and cheers to mark and holly for bringing some mixed beers last night,the jap stuff was a touch of class

Thanks from me as well, nice to meet some new folks and see soem differant cars. Sorry Scott and I decided to leave you to the second half but I have to get my daghter back up to Aberdeen and I didn’t intend rushing back…until Scott and I got moving on the motorway that is!!!

Hi thanks to AJI for organising the event, nice to meet the the guys from scotland and the fella from the u.s.a., nice bunch of guys from the supra owners club, all in all a great day out will defo be doing it again next year

Thanks Aron for organizing such a great day out and extending the invitation to GTOUK (it was a pleasure meeting Pete, Scott, Mark and Holly!). The scenic route was most enjoyable in the company of so many fine machines and capable yet sensible drivers. I look forward to better weather next year!
