Hi all, I have a limited mileage policy with Footman James, was the only was I could get the premium to a mildly reasonable level, I say reasonable but its still £1100!! Anyway… its a 3000 mile limit, which I think will probably NOT be enough after the last few days driving this fantastic machine
Has anyone changed their policy after taking it out before? To increase the mileage limit? Do you just pay the difference up to the next mileage band?
Yes I am also insured with Footman James on their limited mileage policy. Last year, after 9 months, I was approaching my limit, so simply called them up and they charged me the (FULL) difference between my original, and the next band.
I’m also with footman james and asked the same question and they said to ring them up and let them know before you breech the limit and all you do is pay the difference.
