Well certainly a good call - usually blue smoke suggests engine issues such as a turbo or more expensive piston rings. However could be something else - perhaps do a compression test to see what’s going on.

Lot of issues right there on that failure sheet , mostly are minor but not what you want To be putting right on a new purchase unless it’s very cheap .
Excessive smoke on idle is bad news , especially dependent on colour , when I bought eleanor I knew she smoked badly , when I took the Oil filler cap Off the cause was obvious as it was belching out smoke , so I knew it was cracked rings
Looking at the mileage on previous mot a lot went wrong in 13 miles didn’t it
