Posted on here some time ago about Lel’s nephew that played in a band. They were absolutely amazing and going places. Been on local radio. Layed a CD. Were invited to the USA.
Sadly Keith passed away just over a week ago. He was so talented. Gave drum lessons and was the most genuine, happy and easy going bloke that you could ever wish to meet.
I am saddened that I feel that I didn’t spend enough time with him. He never smoked or did stuff like I did at his age. He was only 24. He had only just started out life with a better future than most could dream of.
His funeral was amazing (If I can say that) Must have been close on 1000 people there. As his coffin was carried out everyone stood up and applauded, whistled and went nuts, like the true rock star he was. His two brothers did him proud with their words and memories. And what proud parents Rich and Wendy must be.
Don’t know what else to say or who to shout at. It’s just so unfair…
I am so, so sorry to hear of the tragic loss. I wish his family, friends and all can celebrate his life and remember the good times, laughs, silliness and not the one day of his funeral.
Thoughts are with you and your family…lets hope that hes talent will be passed on by those he taught and hes music will remain in the public eye along with hes spirit .
Regards Jackie
Sorry to hear this mucker. Our thoughts go out to your family. I’m glad the funeral had a good turn out, it means so much to family to see their loved one was so popular
