Hello. I joined up in November 07 and paid up for the years subscription.
I cant seem to access any of the members forums because it says I am not a full member.
how can I get this sorted?

You would probably have paid £20 for half year membership, taking you up to 31st March 2008, instead of the full first year membership fee of £30.
The new membership year starts 1st April and costs £20 for renewal for a full 12 months. To renew, go to http://www.gtouk.org.uk/reg.html link and follow the instructions as before.
Include your username and all the details you used before and write RENEWAL of top of the form. If you have changed any details, list them so they can be matched.

Mark is correct you joined until 31 March, a renewal form was sent to the address on your appliction form
