Is the renewal form received in the post supposed to be blank, i.e. no details on it - membership number, username, car model etc? Could a sworn they where pre-populated in previous years?

As the link explained im trying to get an up to date database as some of the previous years have holes , also registrations or sometimes even the cars have been changed
