My lovely '89 GTO broke down a couple of months ago and had to be recovered. Turns out that the head gasket has blown and I’ve been quoted £2,000 at least. Not sure that I can afford that but the car has so many mods (lambo doors, stainless steel exhaust, stainless door trims, black and orange bodywork) I really don’t want to scrap it
