Ray, there are two seperate shows,

this one’s in july, and the one in the other thread is in september.

THE EVENT IS IN JULY

I think the confusion is the other post is the 2009 Event.
I have made an alteration but would be helpful if a moderator removed or archived the old event.

i will definetly be at this one with a new smaller tent to!

I doubt 11 gto’s will go sadly but nice thought … Chazzy B is the guy with the scaled down Marquee His set up is perfect for 11 or less lol…

the latest date to buy club stand space and tickets is JULY 1ST

so we need to have 11 or more people definately going by the end of june to be sure of getting the discounted rate.

members who pay on the day can still go onto the club stand (if we have one) they just have to notify the marshalls at the gate.

advance ticket prices are :

saturday or sunday adult day ticket £7
friday to sunday weekend ticket £20 (will be less if 11 or more people)

on the gate tickets are :

saturday or sunday adult day ticket £10
friday to sunday weekend ticket £30
