I believe it hides the crash bar, so unless you want to remove/modify that aswell.

I agree with Allen too though, I think its better WITH the black section as just seems to ‘fit’ with the rest of the car better. The huge open mouth is the one thing thats put me off getting a 99 nose cone.

Having seen this car in the “flesh” now at the Birthday bash I have to admit the paint finish is awesome , considering when the car was finished the paint still looks fresh
