The club have secured a 4 car club stand for the November classic show.
If any members would like to display a car please let us know below.
Display cars will need to be on site on Thursday and remain at the show until Sunday.
Also as usual any members wanting to come and be a part of the stand without a car please let us know.
The classic show has thousands of visitors over the weekend and some beautiful cars on display.
The organisers provide the club with a limited number of entry wristbands for members, and also a club discount code for purchasing tickets.
These and other details will be added soon.
Dear members
So to follow up on Jensen’s post it would be great to see as many members there as possible for all or any of the three days of the show, we have always given a good display in the past and it will 2 years since our last showing so really looking forward to this one. It’s just about the top indoor event for the classic car community and there will be hundreds of top notch cars, clubs, and other events going on.
For some of us we have in the past got cars to the Nec on the Wednesday, most come in Thursday and will be there until after the show closes Sunday night.
We will confirm all details once we know what our line up will be.
Accommodation needs to be sorted and there are a number of hotels close to the NEC complex, but there are possibilities further out, maybe a bit cheaper, but from the local ones you can walk in, others may need bus or taxi.
We get a number of wristbands per day depending on the number of cars on the stand, we have a set space so there is a limit to the number of cars that can be shown.
Wristbands will be supplied up to the limit on a first come basis and are for full members. We are very pleased for all those members to spend some time on the club stand, but also for them to see as much as possible of this fantastic show. Further to the w/b,s there will be the club discounted tickets as well.
