NEC classic car show 18th - 21st March 2027

Again we will be looking for members interested in showing their car at this 4 day event in Birmingham.

  1. Cars will be on the stand from Thursday which is set up day and the event is Friday to Sunday.

  2. This is not a ‘drop off and go’ event, you will be expected to be around the stand each day to chat with the public who are interested in your car and the Club.

  3. We ask for members who are displaying their car to advertise the club by wearing our official T shirt.

  4. Only put your name forward if you can definitely attend.

  5. I’m trying again to get a stand for 5/6 cars. Last year we had members have to pull out last minute and ended up with 3 cars instead of 5 - which did not go down well with the show organiser.

  6. Please put your name below, if there are more names than places, priority will be given to members who have attended the least amount of times.

  7. The deadline for our application for number of spaces required for the stand is 1st October.

Im just waiting to see how this week goes then ill let you know. Is it free parking for show members as might be bringing mine on trailer

Members and lots of show cars use trailers so this shouldn’t be a problem - just needs planning etc..

Yes, if you bring your car on a trailer, you’ll have free parking for the vehicle you drive down in.

So we are approaching the deadline guys to apply for a stand.

So we need to know you are 100% committed to attending @jackGTO @kevin_rhodes @steven7

There are strict rules that when you apply, you have to state the number of cars.

Hopefully you can all make it still, but if not, please let me know ASAP :+1:.
