first of all i would like to say a big howzit to everyone and what a great forum this is. I have just bought my first GTO which is a 1993 non turbo silver Mk1, and i am completely in love with it this has been my dream car for as long as i can remember.However insurance companies plan to spoil this dream I am 22,4 years driving experience,1 year NCB,thatcham cat 1 and tracker fitted,aftermarket exhaust fitted 8) .cheapest quote i have got is £2100 from adriun flux :shock: Does anyone know of a cheaper company i could try,cheers
Heritige Car insurrance, ive got mine for £460FC and im 25 with 2 convictions, but limited to 7,500 miles. If you have proof of driving a power car before a GTO they can use that as good experiance and make it cheaper, not sure they will take you being 22 thou, but its worth a shot with 4 years experiance.
WOW what a difference :shock: called sky insurance and spoke to jay, they gave me a quote of just £1500 TPFT :lol: thanks allot guys, Before… i was thinking of selling one of my kidneys on Ebay to pay for the insurance.Now i dont have to!!! bring on the Mods
