Your new courier is pretty good. I got a text yesterday saying that my parcel would be delivered today. Got another one this morning saying it would be between 9 and 10 and my drivers name is Clive. And it turned up here at 9.30 and his name was clive! Stick with them!!
Yep same here today bang on time even give you a map of where the van is on route via gps I wouldn’t want to work for them though lol
I did a lot of work over Christmas finding out who was the best for you guy’s
And went in the end with Interlink Express who is also DPD it seems.
I went with Interlink as they also gave me some options for sending stuff to people in the EU too
And so far it seems to be working so much better than City link did, I wonder what will happen when i try to ship something big out to you guys, i guess time will tell…

Good to hear as city link were crap , not just your stuff but a lot of dealings ive had with them , which is a shame as it wasn’t the drivers or the staff just the policies the company ran with . Just hope those who worked for them find themselves back in work quickly as its a torrid experience

Interlink/DPD seem to be getting more popular recently as a lot of the suppliers I order from seem to be using them, service is miles better than City link.
Hopefully I will be getting a delivery text from them soon Rob lol
