After seeing some of the Fuel Pump Hotwire Installations at this years JAE I decided to improve my kit and make it less visible and tidier to anyone looking into the boot of our cars.
I did not think that wires poking the access hatch to the Fuel Pump looked that good and it also had a safety issue too, if the hatch cover rubbed through the insulation and caused a short circuit that could cause a fire right next to the fuel tank and the loss of your car from that fire.
So after looking at what I needed to do to improve the appearance of my kit I sourced the components to make the kit as you see in the picture below.

I have completely redesigned the kit and now it lives behind the plastic panel on the filler cap side of the boot.
I have managed to source a relay that has an integral fuse holder to also make the engine bay look tidier too, buy removing the old fuse holder from the engine bay, that I now think makes the engine bay look untidy.
This kit also lends itself to enable you to have the fuel pump feed cable routed to the Fuel Pump sender unit wiring made easier and more neatly, removing the need to have cables entering the Fuel Pump access panel.
It also makes those of you wishing to or have done a battery relocation to the boot will find the fitting a location of the wiring easier and neater to wire up the Hotwire Kit.
I have managed to keep the price of the kit the same at £20.00, but I have had to increase the price of postage as the 8swg cable included weighs quite a lot, along the other parts included in this kit.
Walbro fuel Pumps are also available form me priced at £90.00 including their own fitting kit.
A complete kit of Fuel Pump and Hot wire Kit is available for £115 including postage and packing and both are in stock now, ready for delivery
The kit comes with complete instructions including pictures and diagrams to enable you to fit the kit in the minimum of time and with little mechanical/electrical experience.
The picture below show the kit fitted and fully finished in my car
