Hi guys,
Next Kent meet would normally fall on the weekend of the Eurospec Dyno Day 15th Feb… It also appears most of the Kent Meet go’ers are booked for a Dyno run and those that aren’t said they would be going to spectate.
Do we still have a Kent meet at the usual location (Pub in Smarden) or should we use the trip to Eurospec as the meet.

think a nice meet at clacket lane services on m25 is a nice spot on the way to the dyno 
That’d be good, but it won’t be a meet, will it? Just a convoy.
As to meet location, I think we need to vary the location to be fair on everyone as regards travel time/distance.

So far it appears we will be doing the trip to Eurospec on 15th Feb as the Kent meet (according to the poll). I would suggest maidstone/gillingham folks (and me) meet at the normal service’s at 8.45 sharp and then convoy on to pick up anyone else at Clackets lane services and continue through to Ben’s in Guilford. We are aiming to get there for about 10am roughly.

Something blew on my engine today , oil everywhere 80 miles from home so looks like i may not be going to this as i need now to find out the worse!!!

I blown my pistons , bad compression on 3 pots and who knows what else. And i might add only on 0.8 boost. guess i’m out the GTO scene for a while!

I’ve read this many times on the forums about blown engines but never really expeted it on mine as i don’t run high boost or do i cane it around but i think it was kinda due to happen maybe age thing etc.
Well anyway the car is going away this week for the big strip and hopefully a return to the road all fit and well again and a bit more of a monster!
Anyone wanna give me a lift to the Dyno day? lol.

iv got a person from work wanting to come with me so im full but if he changes his mide over it ill let ya know…
we have to leave a week early to get their on time , but its better then a month in your case
