North West Japanese Car Event - All Welcome

Hi there everyone,

I would like to make you all aware of a car show that is happening in the North West on Sunday 19th August 2007.

The event is being held at HAIGH HALL in the main grounds in front of the hall, so there is plenty of room.

I would like to invite your club and members to attend and pop your cars on your stand. Bit of a socialising day with what’s

looking like some interesting motors in attendance.

If you would like to attend please reply in this topic and I will add your names, along with your club to the main list. The

more the merrier!

The day will be completely free to attend. Even if you don’t want to put your car in the show area, you can always come along

for the day and have a look around the various cars that will be here - again, no entrance fee :slight_smile:

Several companies will also be making an appearance, including specialised Japanese tuning companies :slight_smile:

Haigh Hall is located in Wigan, post code: WN2 1PE

Most shows are held down South, either in Northants or at Silverstone, so for a change, we’re bringing one up here!

Thanks for the interest, before the owners club can be allocated a stand, we would require a few more vehicles to be honest.

If you are unable to raise the amount, you are all still welcome to attend…

I will be there indeed I wil lalso post this up on jap north west were the mascrat meet is held will get alot then.

I can bring the lexus soarer as my gto is off the road.
My bro will bring the Skyline.

2 more for the stand lol altough not gto’s hehe

Aye, t’is a shame there aren’t more GTOs interested in this event. There are some very impressive examples knocking around the borough…

Good morning everyone,

I require your final list of attendees please. All places for this event have now been allocated and invitations have now closed. I will however accept any requests for attendance for those that have said “maybe” but will need to know ASAP, for ground allocation purposes.

You will require a minimum of 5 GTOs to be able to qualify for a stand and I must have these names ASAP.

The Japan North event is taking place on Sunday 19th August at Haigh Hall in Wigan for which everyone is welcome, free of charge.

I would have loved to have come but will be spending the day at the following:

The 20th Tatton Park Vintage, Classic & Sports Car Show with Giant Cheshire Auto-jumble 18th-19th August

Over 2000 Vintage and Classic cars with up to 90 top car club displays including special events for the Rolls Royce Enthusiasts Club and Alvis Owners Club. Massive 2-day auto-jumble, collectors car mart for selling or buying the cars of your dreams.
9am – 5pm
Adults £6.00 Children under 12 years free

Toyota Supra owners have a stand there why can’t we. I’ve mentioned this a couple of years ago but didn’t get any responce.
