Every delivery I write down the excuse from Royal Mail as to why the shipment has not arrived, even thought it has been in the UK for over a week.
I was told by a senior Management Staff member that they had an entire trailer stolen the other week, full of imported parcels.
I have had some of my 9 parcels that went missing turn up this afternoon in a Parcel Force van.
I asked the driver what had happened to it and he replied they have had a massive back log of parcels. “But I thought they had a trailer stolen” I replied “yeh right” he said and drove off.
Everyone’s outstanding Fuel Rail Adaptors will be dispatched in the next couple of days and the few out of stock parts will be too.
Even I cannot be 100% perfect….99.9% maybe……
I sent you a pm last week re the polished fuel rail. Can you respond :?: obviously by pm
