What a load of wan**rs, they gave me a superb quote, however they didn’t take the information down properly over the phone, I paid the money and returned the proposal form after correvting the Information (there was loads of it wrong) today they have requested an extra £300 on the premium. I have just cancelled the policy!!

Beware of these people

I have totally the opposite view, they were courteous, gave me a VERY
good quote,£340 Fully Comp. with Protected.
No hassles, I gave them my FULL details.
Perhaps you did not???

I have used this company for the past 3 years and have even claimed through them when my car was rear ended.

I can’t recommend them enough.

I have even taken out my companies commercial insurances through them.

When getting quotes last time my insurance was up for renewal they told me they no longer insure modified cars. When I questioned them on this stating I knew people insured with them with modified cars they told me they obviously hadn’t declared them or had taken the insurance out before there policies changed. So just make sure you are actually covered if renewing insurance with them!

Strange one that as I sent a sheet in when I first took out my insurance declaring all my mods and each time I add something new to the car, I just phone them up and add it to the sheet.

We are all talking about the same company aren’t we.

As they specialise in Performance and modified cars. They also specialise in Jap Imports.

Dave

Yep same company!

When I phoned them they took my “full” details and gave me a quote, it was a good quote so i accepted it, two days later a proposal form arrived, on it was about 6 items which were wrongly recorded, I corrected these (including 2 non fault accidents to my wifes car 2 years ago, one where we returned from visiting some friends to find some toe rag had taken the side out, the other where my wife was waiting in traffic and someone who was obviously blind just drove into the back of the car). Following this another form arrived asking for: proof of NCD(already sent) copies of our driving licenses, a confirmation that I had an alarm fitted (already sent) and written proof that the accidents were non fault. I duly sent this information and the following day we received a call saying that they needed another £300 as I had not fully decalred all the information, when I asked why I would do this and then declare later there was no reply, and I then suggested that maybe the info wasn’t taken down correctly.

as I said in the beginning "what a bunch of wan**ers
