Bob, you have got ‘wookie’ as your username on our database for last year.
The forms do need to be checked and amended where necessary.

NO I HAVE NEVER HAD THAT AS MY USERNAME.
Bob, I’m sure that’s the case, but that’s also what’s on your form - hence the need to check the details and send it back. Don’t worry - we get this a lot.
