ok the time has come. Come Sunday I will be the proud owner of a 1998 Vauxhall corsa in Shite brown, a mere 14k on the clock and at 300 squid it’s a steel. So this will be my run around whilst the car is off the road for it’s heart transplant, also picked up my engine crane last week. For the record, for those that know I got the finance approved on a GTR but bottled the idea of having £60k on the tick… maybe later.
Anyway this is the sensible thing to do.

So up for grabs is an unmolested mk2 block original to the car with 147K on it. Currently suffering from head gasket failure but has been fine since i put the k seal in but selling as parts as not happy to sell as a whole. i’ve been running 450 on this for some years and more recently after making some changes and repairs etc reckon it’s upped power by another 20 horses or so. I’LL INSPECT IT BETTER ONCE IT’S OUT.
