. The shiny new underbonet heat shield looked the ticket, only put on the day before and set things off nicely.
Had a chat with the owner of the red one, decent bloke, not in the club though and donât think however much plugging I was giving it he was going to join up.

No probs Brian, sounds like they have plenty of space for the show and weâve got at least 1 space still up for grabs so even if you can make and Oxyâs good to go too Iâm sure theyâll not mind us squeezing in 1 more.

Afraid not, might be big enough to wrap round me a few times though :lol: I think I do have a gazebo somewhere thoughâŚbut its only a usual size one and not sure how theyâll take to it being erected, might hoke it out and throw it in the boot anyway sure.
Forecast has now changed sunday might be good but was getting air con done today at turkingtons. Les was saying the RMS stand is on grass. I was thinking the show would have been in the carpark from what i remember there is alot of space at the hotel. Do u know if were on the grass too?
Last I heard it was on the grass John, was thinking theyâd maybe switch it to some part carpark perhaps after the rain weâve been having, grass could well be in a lovely state by the time weâve all finished with itâŚ
Not to worry though, us folks with 4 wheel drive will have no probs at all⌠itâs the high powered rear wheel drive boys who could be in for a messy time

As suspected guys unfortunately the shows been cancelled

Hopefully theyâll reschedule it as they had to do last year and if not weâll just have to have our own meet

Typical had the car in the workshop the last 2 nights polishing and cleaning it. Waste of time in this weather. oh well at least its nice n shiney for now untill I drive it at least.

Pity John, was looking forward to meeting up. Where you at anyway, if youâre not too far away could meet up and see if can get that logger sorted out. Wouldnât mind a look round the Mongoose system you put on either.

Not so good John, hope it doesnât cause you any damage. Unfortunately my uncles place (where I keep the GT) has a bit of flooding, not in the houseâŚyet. By fluke Iâve had the GT round at my own place though as the starter went on my other car. Probably go round there tomorrow see if he needs a hand with anything.
Could meet up during the week some evening though or next weekend if that suits. Hopefully full normality will be restored by then.
