Does anyone else think that after cancelling an insurance policy after only a couple weeks and being told that my card will be refunded but not for 4 to 6 weeks is acceptable. I know i certainly don’t :evil: OK i’m being charged £70 due to cancelling the policy, which I can accept, but to have to wait 6 weeks before getting my refund seems ridiculous - thats 6 weeks of interest I will be charged until they actually refund my money. Does anyone know if there is some sort of service standards that insurance companies have to abide by?
