Sorry to post this here Rob but can you please send me my invoices that I’ve been waiting on for all the bits I’ve bought from you since back in July!
I understand your pretty flat out at the minute but I’ve bought what must be well in excess of 1ks worth of parts from you including the best part of £8-900 odd worth of parts for my rebuild none of which I have invoices for. I’m not selling up at the minute but if I suddenly needed to do so for some unknown reason etc I’ve no proof apart from the garage bill for the work that any of this expenditure has gone into the car.
I don’t know how many times I’ve been told they’re in the post or are going in the post only for them never to appear and have to ask for them again and again.
As I said when I placed my recent order with you, the bits I was purchasing where as a result of someone reversing into my bumper and they’d be paying the bill. In this case the invoices aren’t just for me, the third party will almost certainly want to see receipts for any expenses for the repair.
All your invoices are printed i just need 5 minutes to pop them into a Envelope and post them to you.
Please don’t tell me it only takes 5 mins or i will kill you…lol
As most of you might have realised from some of the post i am trying to run the business whilst building the interior of our new factory unit.
This includes offices and a lot and lots of racking
i am doing 14 hours days most of the time and have been since before Christmas, apart from when i was in bed ill.
The unit is now nearly finished and we will be able to offer a much improved service with more staff to answer the new land numbers we have had installed, so no more mobiles.
Full info and pictiures when i get 5 mins, which i just dont have at the moment.
Lol - this explains why I had an envelope stuffed with invoices that I arrived home to today! Only one I can’t see is my cambelt bits - I’m sure they will come in time. I’m in no rush for them. I’m too scared to look at the ones that I have as it will tell me exactly what I have spent on parts alone since I got the car.
That reminds me - it’s given me the address so I can get that part you sent me back Rob. My apologies for my laxness. I have had a lot on my plate and am starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Sorry Rob, Im jumping on the receipts train…could you try and sort mine out too sometime…from memory its - lensos/tyres, 2 dump valves, samco hoses, thermostat, 4 oil filters, front pads NA, front pads TT, flexi brake hose set blue, brake lines hard pipe kit, rocker cover gasket set, upper plenum gasket, throttle body gasket, spark plugs, short shift ger linkage, demister vents, rear parel shelf mounts, door handle surrounds, gear knob, mitsi badge and soon a gearbox I hope.
Right guys here is were we are at regarding invoices that havent made it with goods;
We have printed off all invoices and i have been sending them out along with the credit card receipts when ive had the chance to sit down and go through them all, over the last two weeks ive sent out 60 but still have some to get through.
Some people who get to the essex meet will get theirs on tuesday, some will get theirs with some orders soon to be sent out but all the rest will be sent out over the next week or two and to make sure this is done i personally will be doing it!
You guys who have posted here drop me a p.m with your full name and i will dig them out tuesday and get them in the post wens.
