I will be heading over too Santa Pod on the Sat 19Th Sept for a day of RWYB. Cost is £30 for unlimited runs on the day. I will be going with 2 guys from the ATR forum but it will be nice too see another GTO or 2 8)
RWYB Rules & Regulations
A full valid recognised driving licence is required to sign-on.
Seat belt is mandatory for your own safety.
Helmets required for all bikes and open top cars, and any vehicles doing 110 mph or more at the finish line. Arm straps required in open top cars.
Bikers have to wear crash helmet together with appropriate motorcycle riding apparel. One-piece or two-piece zip-together suits are recommended, made from suitable materials. You may be suspended from using the strip if you are not appropriately dressed. T-shirts and shorts are not safe items to wear on the track.
Before you go on to the track you need to visit the signing on office to sign a declaration form and pay your signing on fee.
Yes matey, after the BT bloke had been and said it was all working I tried to reboot everything and hey presto ! Felt like a life time with No internet.
Nah! The only new record was for how slow i can do a 1/4 when i bust that gearbox too! I did get a decent few runs in couple of runs none the less. Couldnt run High boost as there wasnt enough grip (I think my tyres are cooked!) and i have to admit i near filled my pants on one of the runs, it got all squirly in third and i backed out of it!
Ran well on lo boost though, until i broke that gearbox too! Less than 24hrs for that one. Ho Hum!
