I know. First one refused because I had no idea what it was and it wasn’t paid for, second one was received and sent back a fortnight or so ago. I’ve filled in the web version and printed it so I’ll have another go.
Printed, cheque written, envelope printed (with no cooperation from Word 2007) 1st class stamp on and will go in the post tomorrow (again) courtesy of wifey.
The number of things I send or expect to receive going missing make me think the PO are having some sort of scam going on.

Mmmm!.. a cunning plan… Lower the cost of renewal and then send out two renewal letters to each member…

Renewal has been a nightmare this year guys , again i hold my hands up because i ballsed it up .
Fortunately though it looks like we are getting there and slowly getting the numbers back in
