Well it has arrived and in my garage, the fake carbon fibre vinyl sale panels have bubbled but nothing to major.
Got a little bit of a back fire on gear change when giving it a little welly, and breaks need to bed back in a bit.
If I get time at the weekend I will give it a good clean.

Still not allowed to drive it yet but I already got an insurance quote $598 with all mods declared and agreed valuation of $20,000
Fuel is cheaper here we pay same in $ as you do in £ so that about 3/4 the price at the moment
They don’t have any MOT here so once it has been passed the first test I don’t need to do it again.
Registration is like the UK tax disc that is about $500 a year but includes an insurance that covers injury to 3rd party you don’t have to buy any extra insurance if you don’t want to but it is recommended as they won’t fix your car or the other person’s on that.

Excellent bet your well happy! Myself and family are looking at emigrating to Oz, would be even better if I could take the GTO too! how long it it take all in all, and did you ship it separately in a 20’ or in a larger 40’ container with other personal belongings etc?
