Hi Peeps,
Been a while since I have been able to post proper.
Things over the last cpl of months had taken over my life, some know what I am talking about.
What I have learnt is Family, Friends The HULK and the Club are important. Feeling sorry for myself has stopped 
I am extreemly lucky to have a wife thats is always by my side and there for me, friends I can confide in and also listen to.
