Gentlemen and Ladies,
As with last year I was hoping we could get a convoy going up to the AGM from the South of the country.
I am planning on using the same meeting joint of Chieveley Service, M4 J13. This worked well last year and there is plenty of parking and somewhere to get a drink and food for those who end up waiting for others. There is also a petrol station, for those who don’t fill up before they leave, or those who did and used it all on the way.
The AGM starts at 12:00, Google Maps tells me it takes 01:30 to travel the distance so I have given 2 hours. This gives time for people being late, and also means we don’t have to rush.

Not all of us boot it, I assume Gavin won’t be as his car resembles a trap from the SAW movies at the moment lol
