I like pete “snoop dog” have been nominated orginiser fot events & meets in ths south east area.
As many are aware i have been running a successfull meet on the second sunday of each month :oops:
And likewise my buddy “Ian T” is doing the same at box hill
Now the weather is starting to get warmer it should make it more appealing to get a group of people together, either at one location or different ones.
I wil try to come up with sum idea’s, also it would be good to hear from other members.
It would be nice to see if our members in the south east, which happen’s to have one of the highest member rate, try and get some decent meets together this year

I travel up to Essex on a regular basic’s and have done for the past three & half years mate,
In fact i got home at about 2.00am wed morning,

An issue that allways come up with these cars is the cost of running them
Truefully it shoudn’t do, if it does then people shouldn’t run them
These cars are there to be used .
The other is to try and get the right day of the week,
I polled this over two years ago, and replies said that a sunday would be a good day to have a meet,
Then people don’t show up because they forgot they had other things to do.
But saying that i had GTO-MAS, JANEY, KAS, WIZZWHEELS, only to name a few turned up one week, now there’s a gross milege of nearly a 1000 miles
I was thinking more down the lines of seeing different events, like turning out for the annual things like,
Goodwood festival of speed, London to Brighton, Brands Hatch
things like car museums.
There’s a lot more things out there than just going to a pub or having a hamburger, there’s a bit more to life than than i hope.
I would love to come to join you at your meets but Saturdays and Tuesdays are my only days off… i have to book Jae and Agm things well in adavance as for the Xmas do…my company dont allow time off over xmas…(humbugs).
it seems all we have to do is agree a place and we could have a good

kezza is there a place around brands you know we could use
hastings seems a good one also 'big place lots of parking lots of places to eat ect
brighton is nice but the old bill are relentless up there we were up ther with the farrari lot and they never left them alone
me i,d travel anywhere as long as im going to see more than 3 cars if you know what i meen
so come on guys lets sort it out and start having our meets again there are a lot of us in kent and not that far from each other i know that us 2 in my village would come
