Roast butternut squash soup served with parsnip crisps and warm bread roll
Prawn and pineapple cocktail served with a rich marie rose sauce and warm bread roll
Toasted brioche, topped with asparagus and mushrooms, finished with a warm poached egg and butter sauce
Confit of duck served on fresh salad and tangy plum sauce
Main Course
Traditional seasonal roast turkey, served with chipolata stuffing, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes and cranberry sauce
Baked cod loin steak, wrapped in bacon and served with a herb and tomato sauce, along with seasonal vegetables and sauté potatoes
Roasted nut loaf coated with a creamy spinach and wild mushroom sauce, served with red onion and green bean salad and new potatoes
Grilled rump steak smothered in a mushroom, onion and Dijon cream sauce, served with lyonnaise potatoes, seasonal vegetables or salad
Afters
Traditional Christmas pudding with a choice of brandy sauce or custard or choose from a selection of desserts from our dessert board
