What’s with all the spam messages we are getting at the moment? Do our security parameters need to be reviewed?

Where have the spam messages been? I haven’t seen anything since October.

I’ve been flagging them and mods have been deleting them quickly thankfully. All contain links in their signature and are generally from first time posters with usernames like gem1234 or laura1346 etc.

The latest couple were from Vietnam, I have banned their IP address.
