Well since we are still here working on our cars it freakin doesnt want to rain!

I havent been home before 2 this week, 4 yesterday ( i broke my gearbox yesterday and had to put a new one in it- bust the centre diff!)

The FTO is on the rollers running in now- thats an all nighter for mark. Tomorrow mapping, then off we go!

If that is the case then you will have your “support vehicle pass” for the pitlane

Damn you Dave for being so organised!

Only joking Julian, I’ve happily been parking in the public area for the past 5 years, only last year was I cheeky enough to sneak my car down to the pit lane, on the understanding that if Ben needed bits for his GTO he would scavange them

Forgiven  8)

Cheers Julian.

Yep Im not bothering- met office reports pretty spot on, hope they are wrong for the guys who are going and running :frowning:

  F**k off paul

I dont mind abit of rain but I go to totb to watch all the big guns pull great times or break currunt records- add rain into it and the big teams will not run their cars so whats the point, Id be driving 200 plus miles to watch people pull mid 12/13s and go slow on the handling circuit and for me there isnt anything interesting in that, it would just be like a RWYB event.

The year before last there was a tiny bit of rain midway through the day and only the private people run and they stopped all running for abit.

Couldn`t have been more wrong, drizzle when we got there for about an hour & it seemed everyone ran all beit mid 12s etc, but then from around 10-30 ish the weather was great till around 4pm when the drizzle started again, sorry but you missed a brilliant day with plenty of runs in the low to mid 9s

Julian.

I’m sunburnt!
Head, face and neck all bright red

Mark

Ah, I was optimistic before leaving the house and put suncream on 8)

For some reason I wasn’t in a great mood today, so I didn’t really enjoy it as much as I usually do. That said it was great to see Ben’s car running, and the FTO was a real surprise…surprising that it stayed in (mostly) one piece! Well done guys!

I took a few pics, but I find they tend to turn out the same as all the ones from previous years, so here’s just the ones of the Eurospec crew:

Cheers

Gav

i too had a great day, some awesome cars there, nice to see everyone again!!

i have some pictures, i will get them up later

Paul

Glad the weather was better then predicted- I spoke to a mate who was running one of the AFR supras, he said it was ■■■■■■■ down and couldnt get the car out of the 14’s so I was glad I stayed home

What times did the Eurospec boys end up pulling then??
