hi everyone, i just thought id let you all know i received a letter through from tescos this morning explaining how they now require a minimum of two years no claims to insure the gto/3000gt. They have terminated my policy mid way because i only have one years no claims. Yes i have crashed mine but i never claimed, its irrelevant for me as mine is off the road but i think this a ■■■■ way to treat people and i will be training my dog to ■■■ in their shop.
Can’t see how they can terminated a contract that was agreed and signed for a period of one year…
they are braking terms and condictions they agreed to at the same time you did.
Somewhere in the small print it will say that the insurance can be terminated by either party giving 1 months notice.
i assume they also sent a refund?.. steve
no refund.
why no refund of portion of year not used?.. steve
i pay installments
ok… understand now!.. can’t back back what you have not paid!
tesco shafted me today by sending me a letter saying that they wont insure my car when its up for renewal on the 17th because im 23 and they will only insure the car to over 25’s now- leaving me with a few days to insure a fully modded TT, at my age thats going to be fun
