Hi guys n gals long time no chat,the time has come for another gto its been too long and i miss owning one of these fantastic cars.Ive around 7k to spend and im after a mk1 red tt any about atm for sale? some of you may remember me some may be hiding under the sofa.Ill sort out registration asap admin,just going to look around see whats changed.

Thanks dave hoping to find one that doesnt need too much doing mechanically,been looking on ebay most are right sheds.love to see some pics of your mk1,went to look at one today it was nice enough,nice blue/black leather,engine bay all done but tbh it needed a full respray and was black

Not everyones cup of tea as it looks now , has the lower ecs humps now and side graphics have been removed cos it’s on the change again…
Looks spot on,how long have you had her,did you buy her from here.Whatare you changing now? im more a fan of big silver 19’s than black rims although with you paintwork they suit the car well

Thanks got her on eBay engine had been rebuilt but rest a little neglected and messed with have been sorting it out through the last year hit about 6k now what with interior and wheels ecu and on and on lol one thing I will say is I’ve seen lots that have been sold at your price range and thought about buying them and changing mine but have been lucky escapes as they have come back on again being parted out. Decided better the devil you know than the devil you don’t…no help I know.

I know what you mean,i was looking at this on ebay but prefer the mk1 front end and its one hell of a hike for a test drive,theres also a nice red one on ebay in rainham with an after market bodykit that im going to look at tommorrow hopefully

Yes mate nice enough car but too much paintwork needed doing im a fussy bugger
yeah its in the next street up from me i got him to show me around it before i brought mine 6 months ago, and yeah the paint work is the only thing that really lets it down
That used to be a members on here I posted about it before he says it a bit ruff now under the bonnet to when he had it, it was 6k now 5k looks nice but been for sale about 8 months now
Went out in it ran pretty well noticed a slight miss now and again,for someone who wants a black tt and doesnt mind paying to get the paintwork blownover it was decent enough

i’ve got a mk1 red/pink tt at the moment which is soon to be resprayed when i’ve located a few more bits
Did you get any quotes on a full respray last one i got painted was 1200 quid but that was 8 years ago lol
Ha ! I’ve been quoted 3-4k all day in Norwich
no quotes as yet its a full colour change and a custom paint too so im not expecting it be cheap lol
