I would like to thank Tracie for her hard work involving getting the AGM booked with the discounts she has worked on for us and sorting out some of the booking nightmares .
I tried on Friday morning to book a room for the AGM, all I got from the reservations department was an un answered phone , I rang back a couple of hours later to be told the person I needed to talk to was not at her desk but to leave a message and they would call back , by 4:30 I still had no response so rang again to be told the person had gone home and wouldn’t be back in until Monday but they would definitely call so left my details again .
I rang Tracie asking how she got on with her booking which in itself wasnt straight forward so she emailed the main contact for the room hire . Tracie asked me to let her know how I got on Monday .
Monday came and went still no phonecall , so I rang when I got in from work to be told there was a problem with the booking in system , I relayed this via text to Stevie .
Tracie then rang the hotel herself with what can only be described as a bollocking for them ( talk about hulk and making them angry ) :lol: . Strangely enough I had a call back today and all is sorted .
Hopefully all of you guys booking will have no problem from now on , if you do just let them know Tracie will be calling :lol:
